这段对话发生在病人腹部绞痛入院，大汗，但是并未发现任何的发热情况，相反的是病人有畏寒情况，所以首先护士为这个病人做了入院的基础生命体征的测量，这个是无论国内外我们护理人员都要做的一项routine，即患者在无明显需要紧急抢救的情况下，我们首先要做的就是测量生命体征，生命体征包括有：BP(blood pressure)、P(pulse)、RR(respiration rate)、T(temperature)、pain这五项主要的体征。但是这个患者后来证明是阿片类药物的戒断反应。

众所周知，美国是一个多民族多宗教信仰的国家，这就决定了在很多时候，治疗是要受到宗教的影响的，例如耶和华见证会的人群是不允许接受血液制品的，Amish人不愿意接受现代化的医学治疗等，尤其是Amish人群大多居中地比较集中，当你能从一个人的行为举止判断一个人的大概居住地的时候这项本领能帮助你更好的去做工作，但是一定记得要向患者确认他的宗教信仰并让患者签署相关的同意书，这个才是确切的能作为我们实施或是拒绝实施各种医疗措施的最终依据。

A positive test result is almost certainly correct. A negative result is less reliable. If you get a negative result and still think you're pregnant, wait a few days and try again. Speak to your GP if you get a negative result after a second test but your period hasn't arrived.

如果实验结果是阳性的，那么一般此结果是正确的。但有时结果是阴性的时候，可信度却没有那么高。如果你做了实验之后拿到阴性结果但是依然觉得自己怀孕了，那么过几天再做一次实验。如果你再次做实验依然是阴性结果，可是月经依然没来，此时就要将这一情况告知你的医生
